Qi Gong Patterns

You may find that many of the exercises you do for warm-ups are really qigong exercises or qigong sets. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of qigong patterns - these are just a few that we have come across.

If you have never tried qigong exercises before try starting with the shiabshi or 18 movements pattern. This is a fairly typical qigong exercise and if you like this then tai chi exercise is probably for you!
